In case of outbreak of cattle foot and mouth disease, or chicken flue, the trouble will continue nearly for a year. However, consuming meat cannot be stopped by people. For this, ABI has a solution to continue steady supply of meat by constructing cold warehouse with HOW System at shore side of countries that export meat products. One year export volume healthy meat can be frozen by Cells Alive System (CAS) Freezer to freeze products while keeping the original freshness and stock them in the warehouse afterwards. Within the cattle disease epidemic period, the healthy meat will be supplied as scheduled, from the cold warehouse and transported by reefer container vessels.

Why such long term preservation can be attained by "HOW" system?
Due to fluctuation of temperature by defrosting or door opening of warehouse, internal temperature rapidly rises and can damage the quality of products. HOW system absorbs such risen temperature in a short time and maintains the previously set temperature. As a result, almost all the time the internal temperature is fixed and quality deterioration is prevented.
The quality of circulating wind in the room is different from the conventional ones, in which the wind is rebounded when contacting products. However, HOW wind coldness will penetrate the products and therefore, keep the core temperature at a fixed figure.
It provides special apparatus that prevents the adhesion of oxygen to the products and subsequently inhibit oxidation.
